Mitt Romney Cracks Hilarious Joke At President Obama’s Expense

Last night, former Governor Mitt Romney delivered a stump speech at a campaign rally in West Des Moines for Joni Ernst, the Republican candidate for Iowa’s Senate seat.

While delivering his remarks, Romney loosened up the ole collar and told the audience a rather humorous joke at poor President Obama’s expense.
