Controversial, conservative artist Sabo seems to have pissed off the left again, which can mean only one thing: mission accomplished.
Sabo, an anonymous artist living in the Los Angeles area, has made a name for himself through the medium of the street poster: a subversive form of political art typically plastered guerrilla-stye along busy thoroughfares, designed to garner as much attention as possible.
His past efforts have certainly done that. This year alone, Sabo has received wide media coverage for his Gwyneth Paltrow Obama Drone posters, Wendy Davis Abortion Barbie posters, Breitbart California posters, and Tattooed Ted Cruz posters.
This past week, another opportunity to display his signature brand of political art presented itself. News began to circulate that 2016 Presidential hopeful Hillary Clinton will be attending a Democratic fundraiser at the Tavern restaurant in ritzy Brentwood on October 20th. When Sabo received word of this event, he knew that it the perfect time to strike.
He printed up copies of his Hillary 2016 Flying Monkey posters that he created earlier this year and plastered them in the Brentwood area, highly visible to the fundraiser’s A-list attendees.
The liberal press did not appreciate the artist’s mockery of Queen Hillary, as evidenced by articles from The Hollywood Reporter and MSNBC. However, the left’s butt-hurt will only serve to steel Sabo’s resolve, guaranteeing another round of satirical street posters in the near future.
We can’t wait to see what he does next.
