In case you hadn’t heard, the Supreme Court ruled today in favor of Hobby Lobby and against a key Obamacare provision which forced employers to pay for their employees’ contraception.
The Court’s decision affirmed that certain businesses can cite religious objections in order to opt out of a requirement under Obamacare to provide free birth control coverage for their employees.
